Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused credit from your current plan will be prorated toward your new subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing with NET-30 payment terms. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners and we never store your full card details on our servers.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for our Pro and Teams plans. You can explore all premium features without entering payment details. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or continue with our Free plan. No credit card required to start your trial.
What happens to my files if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. Your existing files will remain accessible according to their original expiry dates. You'll still be able to use CloudExpress with Free plan limitations. We recommend downloading any important files before your subscription ends.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not completely satisfied with CloudExpress, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. We want you to be confident in your choice.
Is my data secure with CloudExpress?
Absolutely. All files are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted in EU data centers and we are fully GDPR compliant. Pro and higher plans include additional security features like password-protected links and download tracking. Enterprise plans offer SSO, audit logs, and custom security configurations.
